Raw organic honey from the North Fork of Long Island

While attending The NY School of Health Professions, Roy began raising honeybees with just two hives. His hives expanded to over 25 which are now on local farms across the North Fork of Long Island and provide a variety of honeybee products. 

 All of our honey is Pure, Raw, Unheated, Unfiltered – just the way nature intended. Since it is unfiltered honey, it retains all the pollen, antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and beneficial enzymes. Since it is never heated, all its natural enzymes remain intact. Our honey has won multiple awards on Long Island.

 Over the years, various pieces of research have proved the medicinal and healing properties of raw organic honeybee products. These products will be added here along with how to use them.
